and/or a purchase settlement there are always fees included.
Basic fees usually include lender fees, government recording
fees (required with any loan), and title company fees. Lender
fees and government recording fees are charges that usually
involve the type of loan you are approved for and the size
of the loan. PBXSS fees, as you can see below, are very competitive
if not lower than any other title company out there! Our standard
fees include document preparation and title insurance (if
applicable).

Title Insurance - Depending on what type
of loan you are receiving this fee is calculated by the
amount of your loan. This fee is mandatory on all Refinances/Purchases
and Home Equity Line of Credits over $150,000.00. If you
